I very much enjoy helping people achieve their goals. To accomplish this I first need to listen, so that I have a thorough understanding of their desired end result.

When I started working for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices twelve years ago, I was working full time. During this time I have helped many buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. For example, because I have an accounting degree, I was able to apply a formula to help a small business owner arrive at a sale price for his business. Using this formula helped expedite the sale. Also the formula I use to arrive at a home’s value is very accurate.

For the past two years I have been working as an ed tech in an elementary school. I was assigned to help a student with autism. After researching information about autism, I was able to help this student maximize on his abilities.

At the end of the school year I was offered the Waterville office manager's position. I decided I wanted a new challenge so accepted the position. This meant that I had to work full time as a Realtor.
